One person, working with AI, writing one kind of document
Firstline Desk is not a team, and pretending otherwise would be the first thing you found out. It is one operator who reads what managed service providers publish and writes the first-line triage system their tier table implies but never states.
What the AI does and what I do
The AI does the reading and the first drafting across your published pages — fast, thorough, and better than I am at not missing a tier buried in a footnote. I do the judgement about what your first line should be allowed to close, and that is the part you are paying for. A generated taxonomy is worth very little; a specific set of decisions about your desk, written down and defensible to your lead engineer, is worth a great deal more.
Saying that plainly is deliberate. You would work it out on the first page of the pack anyway, and a company that hides it has told you something about how it will behave later.
Why a one-person company is not the risk it looks like
- The product is a document, not a service you become dependent on. If I disappear tomorrow, what you bought still works.
- Nothing is connected to your systems, so there is nothing to unwind.
- The scope is fixed and published, so there is no account manager whose job is to grow it.
- The refund position is on the pricing page and in the terms, not in a conversation.
How to reach me
One address, answered in writing, same working day: [email protected]. There is no phone number on this site and no scheduling widget, and that is deliberate.
We turn the service tiers an MSP already publishes into a written first-line triage system — taxonomy, replies, escalation rules — delivered in ten business days without a single call.
